CZECH PILSNER (4.5%)

A traditional Czech-style Pilsner brewed with floor malted Moravian barley and Czech Saaz hops. Poured from our Czech Lukr Side-Pull tap to enhance the rich malt and delicate herbaceous hop notes in the beer: ​

Standard Czech poured with 3 inches of foam to enhance the

richness of the malt and herbaceous hop notes will providing a full liquid pour.

HALF FOAM, HALF BEER | 20oz $6

This pour provides a beginners intro into the Mliko pour. A blend of the soft, rich malt sweetness and herbaceous, lemon zest hop profile of the foam followed with the pronounced crisp and

refreshing profile of the beer, it’s a balance of flavours.

 

ALL FOAM | 20oz $4

All foam pour, coined the “Connoisseur’s Pour”, the entirety of the pour is traditionally consumed in one sip. It is considered a pure expression of the rich, sweet malt profile balance with the delicate herbaceous and lemon zest hop profile.
